The Washington Post covered our recent announced $11.5 million September ad campaign. Leigh Ann Caldwell reports:
Republican Voters Against Trump launched an $11.5 million ad campaign in five key states, with ads and billboards featuring testimonials from former Trump voters who say they’ll be casting their ballots for Harris in November.
The campaign targets Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona, along with Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District. (Nebraska assigns one electoral vote to the winner of the state’s popular vote and then one per congressional district. President Joe Biden won Nebraska’s 2nd district in 2020, something Harris hopes to accomplish this cycle, as well.)
The ads will appear on broadcast and cable television, along with targeted YouTube and streaming advertisements and radio spots in the four swing states, while they will run exclusively on streaming and YouTube in Nebraska’s 2nd.
“Every election cycle, [Trump] drives more and more Republicans to vote for Democrats because they believe Donald Trump and the GOP candidates who imitate him are unfit for office,” said Sarah Longwell, executive director of Republican Voters Against Trump. “We help elevate the voices of these disaffected Republicans.”
